Rachel’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation in patents, trademarks, and copyright. She also has experience in trademark prosecution matters.
Rachel obtained her Bachelor of Science in Honours Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics from McGill University in 2015. She studied civil and common law at the Faculty of Law at McGill University where she graduated in 2018. She is a member of both the Ontario bar and the Quebec bar.
As a law student, Rachel worked as a research assistant in intellectual property law. She was the recipient of the E. Leo Kolber Entrance Scholarship and was awarded the Harry Batshaw Prize and the MacKay Award for her academic achievements. Rachel was also the winner of The Supreme Court of Canada in Fifty Years National Essay Competition and a member of the winning McGill team for the 2018 IBFD International Tax Law Competition.
